The provision of goods and services by PDM Trading is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 15 business days.
PDM Trading will only replace goods that are defective because of a manufacturing error, poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.
